Your AI-powered decision support partner. Built for business leaders who want to make better decisions, build stronger teams, and grow.
The single best thing you can do in your first session is bring a problem. Not a general question. Not "what can you do for me?" A specific situation you are dealing with right now.
That might be the challenge you named when you arrived. Or a decision you keep going back and forth on. A conversation you need to have with someone and you are not sure how to approach it. A hire that is not working out. A board dynamic that is costing the organisation. Cash flow that does not add up. A business partner who is not pulling their weight. A role that is shrinking around you. A feeling that you are not being seen for what you are capable of.
Whatever it is, make it yours. The more specific it is to you, the better your companion responds. If you give them something generic, you will get something generic back. If you give them the thing you would talk about with a trusted advisor at 11pm, you will understand why this is different from anything else you have used.
Ask yourself: if I had someone across the table right now who understood business, people, pressure, and money, and who had no agenda except helping me think clearly, what would I talk about?
Start there.
Some people come in with a crisis and need to move fast. Your companion matches that pace and gets to the point. Some people come in wanting to think something through that they cannot talk about with anyone else. Your companion holds that and goes as deep as you are willing to go. Some people come in feeling stuck and cannot quite name why. Your companion knows how to find what is underneath and bring it to the surface, without making you feel like a patient.
The one thing that does not work is using it like a search engine. If you want to know what is happening in the news or need a fact checked, other tools do that. This is the place for the things only you are dealing with.
Pick whichever one is closest to where you are. Or say it in your own words. Your companion meets you wherever you start.
Some days the page is just blank, and that is fine. Start small. One sentence about what is on your mind is enough. Your companion will take it from there.
You can also tell them how you want to work, at any moment: think this through with me, help me fix it, just listen first, challenge me, keep it short today. They will follow your lead, and you can change it mid-conversation. Your companion will ask hard questions, because that is where the value is. But you set the pace. If something is not for today, say so, and it will keep. Nothing is ever forced.
Session one is about the problem you bring. Expect questions, and expect a few of them to make you stop and think.
Every session after that builds on the last. There is no recapping. Your companion remembers the people you have named, the decision you are sitting with, the thing you said you would do. By your fifth session, they will notice patterns you cannot see from inside your own week, and that is when this starts to feel like nothing else you have used. Five minutes counts as a session. So does forty-five. Come as often as something is on your mind.
No. Your companion is a thinking partner, not a licensed professional. For legal, financial, or HR matters where you need formal advice, use the right professional. What the companion does is help you think clearly before and after those conversations, so you get more out of them.
